A Book Notice from Books At a Glance
By Jonathan Ahlgren
Considering recent worldview changes within the culture and the need for Christian clarity and engagement regarding anthropology, Eikon: A Journal for Biblical Anthropology is a must-read. This Journal is being published through The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood (CBMW) as a relaunch of their discontinued Journal for Biblical Manhood and Womanhood. A short glance at the editorial board and contributions reaffirms the Biblical faithfulness and practical usefulness of the contents (see below). Looking through the articles contained in the first two Journals are likely to also spark the interest of most Christians who are sensitive to the issues of our day. New Issues are being published twice a year. You can subscribe to receive physical copies of Eikon and download the PDF version of previous editions at www.cbmw.org/journal.
