A Brief Book Notice from Books At a Glance
In keeping with his former book, A Note to Self, Thorn’s new book, Experiencing the Trinity, consists in a series of very brief personal reflections and self-exhortations. The book’s 50 chapters are divided into three sections, each devoted to a person of the Trinity, exploring and applying the gospel with reference (in turn) to the work of Father, the Son, and the Spirit for the believer. A helpful model of biblically and theologically informed devotion.
